Ingredients:
4 Branzino filets
Fish seasoning
1 steak of your choosing (my favorite cut is NY Stripe or a Ribeye)
Steak seasoning/rub
Olive oil
Garlic butter:
Butter
Parsley
Entire head of garlic
Handful of peppers
Handful of onions
Salt and pepper
Tablespoon of heavy whipping cream
Directions
Steak:
Season with steak seasoning or steak rub
Cook steak to your liking
Here is a video I used just about every three days in college before I would cook a steak: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmC9SmCBUj4&pp=ygUVY29va2luZyBwZXJmZWN0IHN0ZWFr
Let steak rest while you plate your Branzino
Branzino (mad easy to cook)
Season with fish seasoning or, at the very least, salt, pepper and paprika
(Start cooking peppers and onions as soon as you place your fillets on the pan)
When the olive oil begins to shimmer, gently place the fish in the pan skin side down
Cook the fish on the skin side for about two minutes or until you see the edges turning golden brown, then flip the filets to the flesh side just for 20-30 seconds. Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate skin side up.
Peppers and onions
Cook peppers in olive oil first and then add onions once peppers start to soften
Once both peppers and onions are quite soft throw them into a blender with heavy whipping cream
Veggie and Branzino mixture
Add the veggies to the Branzino and then chop everything up almost to the point where it looks like rice
Plating:
Plate that shit real nice if you making it for a date
Cut steak and place it on top of the steak Bronzino mixture
