COFF-TEIN SMOOTHIE
I really love this drink in the morning or early afternoon. I like to fast in the morning until I get an important task done (or at least make decent progress on the particular task). I usually do some work until I get really hungry (usually around 11 am or 12 pm) so this smoothie/drink is the perfect thing for me if I need a boost of energy. You can double, triple, or quadruple this recipe too if you want to save some for the rest of the week. Usually, the recipe I have down below will add up to about 20 ounces.
Ingredients
6 ounces of Black Coffee or Espresso
2 to 3 Bananas
2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
1.5 scoops of Protein Powder (I use Be Well)
1 tbsp of Peanut Butter
2 handfuls of ice
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender and you’re set!
