Grilled Chicken Breasts accompanied by home fries, peppers and onions
Ingredients:
Yukon potatoes (enough to cover half of the pan you are going to cook with)
1-2 bell peppers (I like different colors in my dishes so I use about a ⅓ of four different colored bell peppers)
1 sweet onion
4 chicken breasts (Can use more if you want)
Hella seasonings
Butter (I switch between unsalted and salted. Do not really notice a difference between the two but whatever you want to do I am sure it will work)

Bake in oven @ 415 until
Let Him/Her Cook!
Chicken
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a skillet
Cook on low and cover for about 20-30 or until the skin is golden brown and/or once the temperature reaches 165. Flip the chicken every 5 minutes or so.
Once done set the chicken aside
Peppers and Onions
Use the same pan of the chicken breasts
Cook peppers first and when they first start getting soft throw the onions in
Done with these once the peppers are nice and slick like my boy Ethan Splan after a night out on the town
Once Potatoes are desirable throw everything into the same plate
You can plate it real nice if you cooking for a date or a group
Drizzle hot honey onto the entire dish (generous amount - honey be good for you!)
If planning on eating right then throw it in the oven at 250 for about 5 minutes
Lastly, DEVOUR!
