Yogurt with honey and berries

This is the easiest recipe on this site. I try to experiment with different types of fruit every time I make myself some yogurt. Currently my favorite fruits to put into the yogurt are: pineapple, blueberries, raspberries and mango. Simple, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • ½ a cup of fruit for every cup of yogurt

  • 1-3 tablespoons of honey

Directions

  • Add ½ a cup of fruit for every cup of yogurt

  • Wash and dry the fruit and then add to the bowl

    1. Good fruit options: Blueberries, strawberries (best to cut these in quarters if you are going to use them), blackberries, bananas, kiwi, pretty much all of them

  • Mash and mix the fruit using a utensil that might be good mashing (fork, muddle, etc.)

    1. Personally, I love putting the yogurt in some Tupperware so that you can close the lid and just go crazy mixing the mixture back and forth, up and down, side to side, etc.

  • Once the fruit has mixed into the yogurt and the yogurt has changed color. Drizzle as much honey on to the mixture as desired. Don't worry about adding too much. Honey is good for you!!
